New York vs Atlanta open 3-point Basket Game

How many 3-point baskets can one team make in one game?

This was the question early on for the New York Knicks.  Feeling very confident the Knicks are burning up that outer line shooting 3-point baskets with certainty.  WOW, this was unbelievable.  We have J.R. Smith, Carmelo Anthony, Prigioni, Shumpert, Hardaway, and Bargnani all scoring 3-point baskets.  Melo is not only shooting 3-point baskets but jamming the ball from left to right . With a beautiful turn around lay-up he's using the paint to his advantage.

Atlanta is still hopeful and hanging with the Knicks at half-time.  Creating some turnovers and working hard to get the ball in the basket, Atlanta see a chance to press forward.  So in the 4th quarter Atlanta takes the lead.   The fans are loving it right now and making some noise.

But wait, here we go again with Knicks 3-point shooting.  With 6 minutes left to play Melo gets the ball and pops in another 3-point basket.  Then Bargnani shoots a 3-pointer and it goes in.  You can only imagine the Knicks bench right now.  No one is sitting over there, they are too hyped to take a seat.  The Knicks are confident right about now.

With trying to find a way to win this game, Atlanta is running screens and looking to put the ball in the basket.  They find an opening and pops in a 3-pointer.  Great effort guys but not enough.  The Knicks had far too many 3-point shooters on their team that wanted a piece of the action.  They were a little more confident with hitting winning baskets.  So here you have it,  Knicks 95, Atlanta 91

Great road game Knicks.  Tell me, how many 3-point baskets can the team make in one game?
