Seattle's Win

Stl Rams host Seattle Seahawks in Monday night brawl.  Starting line-up we have Mike Tirico and Jon Gruden.

What a team.  I mean it's one thing to have Jon Gruden sports cast, which is a great announcer but Mike Tirico the legend of all sports, casting for Stl. Rams, that is just phenomenon.  This is one special appearance from Mike and any team would be honored to have him in the house.  You got to love his dedication to the world of  sports.  He is one of the best to see at any sports event.   I just love it.

Alright lets see if we can throw this thing call a football.  First up Sam Bradford Stl Rams quarterback, out for the season with a schedule ACL surgery.  Sam is showing a whole lot of sportsmanship while on the injured list and is working practices and sidelines games to help the Rams win.  He's still the man even on the sideline.  Imagine that (smiling).

So We have #10 Clemons Stl Rams starting quarterback and he's looking good.  Actually excited to be on the field.  With all this excitement Rams surprisingly makes the 1st down and they are happy just for a moment.  Then they find themselves a few yards back due to movement on their team, what a starting disappointment.

Coming from out of no where we have #30 Zac Stacy, Steven Jackson replacement.  He's working it hard to win this game.  He moves well, dips and picks up speed and can zap to the next down if your not looking.  All this for a turnover and Seahawks picks up and move the ball back down field.  Stl Rams Clemons and Zack or both scratching their heads trying to figure this thing out in the 1st quarter.

But wait, another turnover in the 2nd quarter, oh no!!  Then here comes the touchdown, oh no and Seattle scores and Rams are still confused.  Score stands at Sea 7, Stl 3. And just when you thought things are smoothing out, what, another turnover and another touchdown by Seattle #81 Tate in the 3rd quarter.  Unsettling, Just unsettling.

Rams are working hard now to find a way out and move ahead.  But before they come up with a plan, Zac Stacy suffered a foot injury that has him sidelined.  Big problems. Clemons still confused is now left searching soles to make plays.  But there's some hope.  4th quarter Rams are making plays and moving down field.  Very close to making a touchdown and just when you thought, BAM, yes they can, BAM, no they don't.  Sad, very sad.  Rams could not complete the touchdown for a winning game and Seattle Seahawks becomes an instant winner 14 - 9.  Congrats Seattle you guy's just won another game in Stl House.

Did anything go right for the Rams?

Chasing History

Serena Williams and Li Na,  together at the BNP Paribas, Istanbul, what a match.  Did Serena just achieve one more dream?  Let's find out.  These two  ladies are both in their early 30's and playing some great tennis.  Both physically fit and moving well.  You don't know who to cheer for.  Yeh "We  Love Li Na", Yeh  " We "Love Serena".  This is just too crazy.

Both players are working hard to reach their dreams and you can clearly see that in them. They are power housing the game to the next level.  I'm just loving Li Na right now.  She is not afraid to move up to the net. It is working well with her and she is playing net ball on the next level. She wants this win and knows that she has to stay posed and in form to see the end.  I can just SCREAM right now "COME ON"!!!

Now things are about to get exciting.  In the 2nd set we see Duce reach to an exciting 9 consecutive levels.  Both ladies want this game and is not giving an inch.  They are going at it and toughing it through for the 1st game in the 2nd set.  How exciting!!!  Li Na is applying her skills and staying pose.   Serena is picking up her form and ready to move to the next level.  At the end Serena finally pulls through the long match to claim the win.  Ooh, so smooth and like it was so easy.  I just love Serena.

By now Serena has found her footage to maximize the match and win the title.  Did she just do that?  Yes she did.  Serena has reached another dream.  How about that.  With a little fatigue, she is Chasing History.  Well done darling.

Will Serena winning streak last?  If so, how long?  Care to share?

Tennis, Devasting Ending!

Del Potro and Roger Federer has made it to the final match at the Swiss Indoors.  Can Roger win?  That is the question.  Tying the 1st set at 3,3 the crowd is giving Roger the confidence he needs to press on.  He is playing well and moving great.

Roger looks good from his stylist hair to his great body frame.  I just love a good looking tennis player and Roger Federer has a page in my book.  He always looks great when entering a match and leaving a matching.  I must say his hair is the first thing I look at because it is always well groomed, even when he sweats (laughing but true).

In the 2nd set, things are looking good for Roger .  He has ant up his step and knows I'm watching his every move.  Roger, along with the crowd of fans, has pushed a 2nd set win over Del Potro.  What an effort and I must say well deserved effort.  Roger looks like he can win this match.  With doing everything to from Acing his first serve to cheesy drop shots, to his Jump in the air with a backhand for a return slice ball.    It definitely looks good on him and scores him a lot of points. One would think this is going to be a great ending.

But wait, there's Del Potro not looking so well and picks up energy in the 3rd set to seal the deal.  Clearly you can see Del's not feeling well, but somehow he manage the hold and wins the match.  Sorry Roger this is definitely a devastating blow.  But, is it mental or physical power your lacking?  Will we see you winning big Trophy's again?  Has Roger time come to a h-a-l-t?  Which will it be?  Will we ever see Roger in the top 2 players list or will he be in the bottom 2 players list?  Share your views and thoughts on his tennis days to come.

Turkey are U out there?

Li Na is in the house,

Li Na is a 31 year old women's tennis player from China and she is looking good, healthy, energized and smart.  At 31 Li Na is the powerhouse in Turkey opening BNP.  What a match.  I just love her.  She is one great tennis player and is definitely an outstanding mentor for our female women in sports.

As the song goes " age is just a number" and this is one of the reasons why I love today's women tennis.  Reaching the age 31 and over and playing your favorite sports and power housing it is truly an achievement.  '

This match was a great practice game for Li against Errani.  With hitting well, sliding well and reaching her next level, Li found that Errani was about to give her one great challenge.  Errani found her footage and her energy and said, OK take me on.   With moving into a tie breaker for the 2nd set Li Na accepted the challenged and dictated Errani every move.  Li Na had pose, composure and best of all patience with a mind to win.

Great match Li Na, you still got it.!!!!!  And waiting to see more.

Can We All Get Along?

This is the question from today's football game between STL RAMS and CAR PANTHERS.  First up no. 91 yep, Chris Long Stl Rams loses his cool and was ruled the 1st player to throw the punch and is thrown out of the game.  See ya!  Not good, and it gets even worst.  While Chis is being escorted off the field, dedicated Carolina Fans decide to give Chris a going home present.  Yep you guess it, the cups started flying from the stadium seats.  Lucky nothing hit Chris and their very own Security System started to pay more attention to what was going on, but before security knew to act, the fans already had a plan.  From the look on Chris Long face he was more than happy to leave the game and have a seat in the locker room by himself.

Then the shocking touchdown by Carolina so we thought.  Wait BAM!!! the call was challenged by Jeff Fisher.   Drum roll please!!!!!!! the ruling stands and Carolina gets the honors of 1st and goal which is disappointment number one.  Then disappointment number 2  happens.  Carolina is hit with a personal foul, can you believe this?  It takes them back some yards and they cannot complete a touchdown.  So they get to kick the field goal and take 3 points. Tight bodies and tempers are flying all over the place while the score stands at Stl 5 & Car 20.  Not bad when your winning (laughing).    Now here comes the breakthrough. The Rams score a touchdown, yehhhhh.

But wait, another fight, another fight, well lets say a missed opportunity for a fight.  No. 21 Rams Jenkins and no. 89 Car Steve Smith have a little run in.  Steve Smith has some moves for Jenkins and pulled a beautiful turn around to avoid Jenkins fist (laughing).  Guy's this was funny and beautiful at the same time to see.  Don't you just love the replay's?   They show it all in slow motion so that you can get the full story the full effect on each call.

Lastly leaving the game in pain, Sam Bradford Stl Rams is sacked and is a ?  Let's see what the MRI shows. Will it be good or will he be sitting out?  Send me your thoughts on what will happen.

Well I guess by now you can tell Carolina Panthers won the game and Stl RAMS will have another chance to win another game next week.

Shanghai Anyone

 Let's Roll with the punches,

Shanghai Rolex-Masters has just got a little crazier.  Watching Djokovic and Del PoTro battle it out was too much for a tennis game.  Let's do the Jump To.  Last set Del PoTro is staying alive at 5, 4 against Djokovic.  Del pulls up a win and tie the set to 5,5, what a effort.   Djokovic, is not a happy camper and he shows it.  But Del contains his composure then presses on to battle it out and in the tie-breaker.  Now this is shocking and interesting.  Del is showing his "I want this win just as bad as you" and you will have to earn every point until the end in this match.

Both players wants to win and has made mistakes but at the end Djokovic forced the Victory.  What another fantastic win for him.  This guy is really good, really.   Del PoTro gave this match all of his heart and energy but could not hold the win against Djokovic.  So sorry for Del.  U can tell he was upset with himself after the match.  I think he cried a river under that towel hanging on his head. But then realized there will be a next time.  For now Djokovic prevails to move on and stay at the top of the list.    Will he?

Sunday Afternoon Jam!!

Lets start the motion with the New Team's, yes our New Teams.  New England and New Orleans had one great Sunday afternoon Jam.   Both teams battling it out for the win, working hard to make 1st downs and touch downs.  I truly love the energy and the determination on both sides of the field.  But at the end only one team will win the game and what a WOW factory it was.  Brady has done it again , OH MY GOD!!!  A touch down under seconds making it very difficult for New Orleans to have a chance to win the game.  KUDOS Brady,  you spot your point, aim and threw a winner.  So shocking.  I was in my seat celebrating doing my gaily girl dance to New Orleans win at the last 2 minute mark.   Then, I got the surprise of my afternoon.  Jaw dropping, mouth hanging open and struggling to say "what just happened"?  Did New England really win the game?  Well New England has done it again, pulled up a win just when New Orleans became a little to comfortable with themselves.  Lesson learn guys, " it ant over until it's over" (laughing, this is funny).

Moving on.  Hurray!!!!  Rams won another game.  I'm so happy for them.  Jeff Fisher is one great leader and one great coach. Just maybe someone else feel the same, hmm.    Keep up the good work Rams and we may see you guy's in the Payoff's.  Sorry Texans looks like u guys ran out of energy or Gatorade (laughing).  Can anyone tell?

Next up, Dallas and Washington Redskins Sunday night game.  Looks like he's back, Tony Romo is on his winning streak and loving every minute.  Congrats Dallas on the late night win against  Washington.

There you have guy's a taste of your Sunday Afternoon Jam.  Will next week be another shocker with a Jam?  Tune in for your reviews and stats and see what happens.

Tennis Surprises!!!!

Gael Monfils has taken on Roger Federer.  Surprise!!!   What a match!!!!   Rising to the heights of his next level, Monfils has accepted the challenge.  He is saying " bring it on baby, I'm ready".  Monfils uses his athletic skills and ability to move, slide and sink into his new I'm ready look.  What a match between these two great tennis players.  Roger tried his best to stay calm and keep his pose, but Monfils walk on and off the Tennis Court with a mind to win.

I'm looking forward to seeing more of Monfils on the court longer and with more exciting matches.   He has been exposed to playing long drawn-out matches and I see him being more healthy and hungry to reach his next level.  Let's see what happens in his next match.   Can he hang?

Sports with a Twist

I must say, I have become a couch potatoes watching Sunday Football.  Let's get the ball rolling with San Francisco 49ers.  What a Team!!! They are moving, shaking and headed in the right direction. With Sunday's win, who don't love Colin Kaepernick?  This guy can throw a ball, run a ball, make the 1st down and the 3rd down but best of all he is not afraid of scoring a touch down, WOW!!!  Fantastic job guys.

But wait, the game between Dallas and Denver was outrageous.  What a game, both teams keep you on the edge of your seats wondering what will happen next and who will win the game.  So sorry for Tony Romo which is also one of my favorite players but excited for Denver.

Well, the season has set in with one quote from my pal Mr. Owens " get your popcorn ready".  More action will be revealed.

 Until then,
