Golden State Warriors vs Oklahoma Thunders Shocking Results

Oklahoma Thunders are at it again.

With under seconds left to play, Oklahoma Thunders had one last chance to seal a second tie breaker.  But what, oh no, an out of bound ball was saved by Oklahoma and tossed to # 0 Russell Westbrook.  Westbrook believing in himself to find his position for a 3-point shot.  Done- it's good and the Thunders are in the lead to seal the deal.  Warriors only had 1 split second to make a play and missed the opportunity.

Shocking so shocking.  Golden State and Oklahoma  played a great game which lead both teams to a tiebreaker overtime.  With Golden State sure to have this game in their pocket, Oklahoma surprised them with a last second win.  So sorry Warriors, it really looked like you guys were in the spotlight to win the game, and just when you blinked the Thunders pulled up the win.

Final OT    GS 115, OK 116

Can Golden State shake this loss off and get back on track?  Can they keep their eyes on the ball until the game is over?  Let's find out next game.

SF 49ers vs NO Saints POW WOW Game

Can the New Orleans Saints Brees through  a win with San Francisco 49ers?

Playing at the Saints Stadium the fans are loud and loving it.  Colin Kaepernick is having a rough time calling his plays.  His team mates can't hear him nor can he hear himself.  With all this noise New Orleans makes the 1st touchdown.  Now this could be the plan the fans had at the start of the game.

Moving on and coming from out of no where the 49ers #84 Anquan Boldin makes a beautiful End Zone catch for a touchdown but the play was called a incomplete pass.  Not good at first.  Until the official touchdown arrived.   Colin Kaepernick throws a pass and #81 Jon Baldwin from the 49ers makes the catch to even the score.   This game is getting exciting.  Scores stands SF 7, NO 7.

Unexpectedly we have a turnover and New Orleans have the ball moving fast for another touchdown.  Colin Kaepernick tackles New Orleans Saint himself and he loses the ball.  Throws it right into the End Zone and a TOUCHBACK is now called on the play.  So the 49ers saved the turnover and turned it around to their advantage. What an exciting 2 minutes that was in the 1st half.  To see Kaepernick run as fast as he could to save a turnover and make the tackle was great. This guy has no fears. He wants to win at all cost.

Working hard to reach the field goal line the 49ers makes it to the 55 yard line.  Remember this is the 55 yard line and they take a chance on the kicker to take the lead.  Kicker #9 Phil Dawson, kicks the ball and it passes through.  What a day it was for him.  Excellent job!!!  You just scored a new record.  Score moves to SF 10, NO 7

But wait another touchdown by the Saints #45 Collins. He has not given up and takes his chance to take the lead. Kudos Collins the Saints are in the lead by 4 points and the 49ers are searching for a way up at half-time.

Coming back from half-time the 49ers waste no time making errors.  They hit a touchdown and the Saints are surprised.  With under 4 minutes left to paly Drew Brees take a hard hit to the neck/shoulder that takes him down.  A penalty called on the 49ers and takes the Saints up 15 yards but has trouble making a touchdown but nails a field goal to tie the score SF 20, NO 20

Having a minute left to play the Saints gets the ball back and are moving towards the field goal line. They reach a comfortable spot and put the faith in their kicker and the rest is history.  New Orleans pulled off the win after making several mistakes but bounced back with a determination to pull it together.

Congrats New Orleans you guy's just beat the 49ers.  SF 20, NO 23.  Will these two teams meet again before the season is over and if so who will win the game?

HOU Rockets Vs New York Knicks featuring LinSanity.

Back were it all started.  Can Jeremy Lin shake off any jitters on his return visit to Madison-Square Garden?  Let's find out.

With a slow start and Lin on the bench at the beginning of the game, the Knicks kicks things into action.  Carmelo Anthony is moving well for the second day in a row. He is showing off his talent and making baskets count.  Houston is trying to get their rhythm going and being patient with the progress.  After the first half Houston brings Lin in the game, the Knicks are unsure how to respond.  Linsanity just got back. By half-time Houston found their way and is up by one point.  But rest assure the Knicks are still insight.  HOU 53, NY 52

With feeling comfortable in his old home, Lin has control of the ball, moving great, spotting openings, shooting 3-pointers, he's made the most of his visit.  His teammates knew it was his time to shine so they let L I N  S H I N E.  I just love this guy.  He has no fears and knows that tomorrow is not promise.  So he makes the best of every game, but this one is truly special.  To play in Madison Square Garden is an honor but to play against the team that could not balance faith, talent and $$$ in him is another thing.  Lin has shaken off all those jitters and has planted himself  as a great NBA player.  One intelligent guy playing one intelligent game and keeping it clean, what more can you ask for.

So let's move to the excitement of the night.  Guy's this is good.  Carmelo hits a 3-point basket just when a foul was called and takes him to the line.  You would have thought that this was going to tie the game for overtime, but the Refs. spotted a foul that took Melo to the free throw line.  The fans went wild at first, then the ruling came down and people were stunned to hear the results.  Team players reacting upset and fans unhappy.  Not good for the Knicks.   Click below to see for yourself. http://cdn3.sbnation.com/assets/3573851/melogod.gif

With 5 seconds left to play Houston looks for an opening, find Harden and he's fouled.  Another great free thrower at the line and you don't won't this.  But the Knicks had not choice hoping to see if he would miss and get the ball back.  He nails both baskets and win the game.  Sorry Knicks, coming from a great win the other night over Atlanta I surely thought you guys could pull up another win before the weekend.  HOU 109, NY 106

Can the Knicks recover from Linsanity night in Madison-Square Garden?  Stay tune to see what happens.

New York vs Atlanta open 3-point Basket Game

How many 3-point baskets can one team make in one game?

This was the question early on for the New York Knicks.  Feeling very confident the Knicks are burning up that outer line shooting 3-point baskets with certainty.  WOW, this was unbelievable.  We have J.R. Smith, Carmelo Anthony, Prigioni, Shumpert, Hardaway, and Bargnani all scoring 3-point baskets.  Melo is not only shooting 3-point baskets but jamming the ball from left to right . With a beautiful turn around lay-up he's using the paint to his advantage.

Atlanta is still hopeful and hanging with the Knicks at half-time.  Creating some turnovers and working hard to get the ball in the basket, Atlanta see a chance to press forward.  So in the 4th quarter Atlanta takes the lead.   The fans are loving it right now and making some noise.

But wait, here we go again with Knicks 3-point shooting.  With 6 minutes left to play Melo gets the ball and pops in another 3-point basket.  Then Bargnani shoots a 3-pointer and it goes in.  You can only imagine the Knicks bench right now.  No one is sitting over there, they are too hyped to take a seat.  The Knicks are confident right about now.

With trying to find a way to win this game, Atlanta is running screens and looking to put the ball in the basket.  They find an opening and pops in a 3-pointer.  Great effort guys but not enough.  The Knicks had far too many 3-point shooters on their team that wanted a piece of the action.  They were a little more confident with hitting winning baskets.  So here you have it,  Knicks 95, Atlanta 91

Great road game Knicks.  Tell me, how many 3-point baskets can the team make in one game?

HOU vs 76ers Slamming Hot Game

Wednesday night just got hotter!

With the excitement so high this game was to good to miss, but the ending is what people crave to see. Slamming on Howard, Spencer from the 76ers is determine to win this game.  Spencer puts a high flying slam on Dwight Howard after trying to rebound from what we thought was a no go for the 76ers.  Spencer came from behind Howard and surprised him with a dunk behind the back of his head that was sure to go in.  OUCH!    Guy's this was too good to miss but the reply looked better in   s l o w  m o t i o n.  Howard shook it off but I  know he was surprised by the look on his face, he had no idea Spencer was going to take him on.

Moving on we have Linsanity feeling his spot.  He is coming at the 76ers with powerful energy and playing with, lets turn this game around team, I got your back.  Lin pops in a 3-pointer to keep the excitement rolling near the end of the game to come within a point away from the victory.  The 76ers are surprised but still wants to win this game. Then here comes Lin again, tries another  3-pointer to take the lead and the ball is blocked by the 76ers and the Rockets sends them to the free throw line.  All baskets are in and there you have it, 76ers in the celebration zone.  HOU 117, 76ers 123

What a tremendous game and start for the Philadelphia 76ers, these guys are playing some great ball here at the start of the season.  They are pushing wins at the Heat of every game.

Can they roll on?   Well lets see.

STL Rams Win over IND Colts

STL Rams vs IND Colts

Incredible game, STL Rams are playing their hearts out and playing like a team.  Scoring 2 touchdowns in the 1st half the Rams are confident  With protecting their end zone, and not giving the Colts and inch near the touchdown line Rams are moving ahead.

With all this excitement, the Rams picks up a KICK-CATCH-TOUCHDOWN RETURN.  WOW! The Rams are dancing at the end zone and celebrating at Colts Stadium.  Now this is crazy.  It's been too long since the Rams felt this good and looked this good too (laughing).  Score stands at STL 21, IND 0.

Then, oh no, Rams rookie Austin makes another touchdown before halftime, YIKES.  Colts team players are angry and fans are SHOCKED.  With their hands covering their faces and resting on their heads questions are flying through the stadium.  Is this our team playing at home?  Can we make a touchdown or even a field goal?  With all the confusion and questions the Colts are clueless on how to beat a team that has lost the last several games.  Clueless!  With the Score sitting at STL 28, IND 0, the colts are too embarrassed to walk on the field, but hasn't given up hope.

With bring hope alive, the Colts finally makes a touchdown and the fans respond like it was the winning touchdown. Can you believe this?  Cheerleaders dancing their hearts out and fans making noise.  So dedicated, I just love the fans they are the believers and they do believe in game turnaround.  But at the end, the Colts did not have enough juice to pull it together. Sorry! What a bad loss STL 38, IND 8

But what a game it was for Rams Austin and Quarterback Clemons.  They are truly dancing to the tune, "Celebrate tonight come on".  Kudos Rams I knew you guys had that spunk to win another game.  But to win against the IND Colts was surprising.  Great Job Guy's!

Will the Colts shake off the loss and move back to winning?  Tune in next Sunday for Sports with a touch of Femininity.

LA Clippers Suprising Loss aganist Miami Heat

Hanging at halftime the Clippers are putting the Heat on Miami.   LA is staying alive and ahead of the game.  With Blake taking on James, James creates an offensive foul  (now you know James is not happy with this call).  Then Blake taking on Wade with a great block that sends the ball and Wade flying past the goal.  Gosh did Blake just do all this?  Yes indeed he did.  He is really pushing himself against the Heat and wants to stay ahead of the game.  Blake is looking for a WIN, WIN game.

But in the 2nd half of the game, it turns into and offensive foul circus for the Clippers.  Just about every run, every jump, and every move was called an offensive foul on the Clippers.  With the Clippers having great rhythm in the 1st and 2nd quarter you are sure to say they were trying to put out the fire.  But with all the offensive fouls the Heat prevailed, crushed the Clippers motivation and took home the prize.

So sorry Clippers this makes 2 losses in a row.  Can LA Clippers recover for the next game?  I sure hope so, let see what happens.

LA Clippers Smoking Hot Game

Houston Rockets vs LA Clippers

We have old man James Harden, smiley face Dwight Howard and Lin sanity Jeremy Lin, all ready to take on the LA Clippers.  But one thing we didn't know was that it was still HOT in LA.  Chris Paul, Blake Griffin and J.J. Redick ready to sizzle you out of  your seat. Oh baby babyyyy, baby babyyyyy!!  That is exactly what the Clippers were singing all night.   Well alright here we go.

Howard found himself in foul trouble early in the 1st quarter and takes a seat on the bench.  Now is this my dominate player? Does he know how to play the game and stay in the game?  Is this going to be a pattern?   He has got to learn not to get caught up in that early foul trouble trivia.   Oh gosh, somebody help him!!

So of course LA Clippers spotted he was gone and ran with it.  This is just what happened last night.  These guys just wanted to run the ball.  Talk about a high energy game.  Both teams put up tons of points before half-time but my goodness, can we at least slow it down and play like a team.  It seems that when one person had the ball they wanted the shot instead of setting up a play for the team.

But wait, what a night for J.J. Redick.  He was not only hot but smoking.  J.J. is that come from the bench ex-plo-sive player, but tonight he started smoking early and kept the rhythm.  Kudos J.J.  love that energy and that "I'm in" mind game. " You got game buddy" and gave LA the high energy they needed to slam dunk it.  I'm looking for more from you.  I loved to see you play in Orlando but LA has brought you out buddy.  WOW!

Sorry Houston, with James Harden not finding a way to play and Jeremy Lin trying to play for James and Howard absence, Houston did not have a clue. What a shutdown by LA Clippers. Houston Rockets left picking up there lips.  Ouch!!!!

Can Howard stay out of foul trouble early?   Who knows, but we will see?

Brooklyn turns up the Heat

Do we have a relationship here with Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett playing together again for the Brooklyn Nets?  Do we see a relationship that has flourish with Pierce and K G, meshing well with the Nets?  Could the relationship between Miami and Brooklyn be broken?  Let's find out the answer to these questions.

Giving Miami Heat a run for their money the Nets are staying alive and ahead of the game.  Miami is trying to figure this thing out.  Hey "we're the CHAMPS", you're not.  What are we doing wrong?  As fans can see there were just to many lead guys telling each other what they

needed to do right.  BIG MISTAKE. As everyone has been telling the Heat, you can only have one lead and as many followers you want.  But when you have more leads than followers you run right into problems.

Ok, here we go, with under 10 seconds left to play my favorite baller Ray Allen, (you know, the guy who use to play with Paul Pierce and KG), gets fouled and go to the free throw line.  Now we all know Ray Allen is not the one to send to the free throw line, he has one of the best percentages of making free throws in the NBA,(shouting) so don't foul him to go to the line.  So we sit on our hands and hope he makes a mistake.  He nails the 1st free throw, as we assumed and blows the 2nd, surprise, what a big mistake with under 10 seconds to play.  He is feeling the pressure from his fellow team mates. Then we have my friend Paul Pierce being foul, yeh!!! Paul Pierce prevails gets both shots into the basket and begin to celebrate before the game was over. Yes, Mr. Drama himself.

Moving on, we have Lebron James with the ball and hits a 3-pointer to make the game MIA 98 and BKN 99.  Oh no, this is not happening. So Brooklyn Nets takes the ball and make a basket.  Ok we can breath again.   Then Miami gets the ball back and KG fouls Bosh, what a smart move.  Takes him to the line and he hits two of his two free throws. But the Nets are still ahead by one. Then out of no where, Brooklyn out smarts the Heat and win the game.  Finally!!!  Well, Miami was not happy.  And once again James removed his Jersey on the court before he hit the locker room.  Please James just wait a few minutes without the camera on you before removing your Jersey.  People see this stuff on T.V.  My goodness!!

Sorry Miami Heat, Brooklyn Nets just got Hotter!!  Or were they already heated. Let's find out as the season roll on.
